Key Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, n-process, and final inspections of products and materials.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• Identify, document, and report non-conforming products and materials.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective action activities.
• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities.

Requirements

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Inspection, QA/QC, or a manufacturing environment.
• Able to use basic measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, machining, or manufacturing industries.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/ IAFT Quality Management Systems.
• Familiarity with inspection documentation and quality records.

Employment Type

• 1-Year Contract
• Successful candidates may be considered for permanent employment upon completion of the contract, depending on business needs and performance.
