The Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment in accordance with established process specifications and work instructions.
- Perform loading, unloading, and handling of materials and production units while adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Work in a cleanroom environment and comply with required safety procedures and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Support material movement activities, including transferring materials between designated locations within the production floor.
- Perform packing, unpacking, sorting, counting, bundling, and unbundling of materials and components.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
The Requirements
- Minimum GCE N-Level, GCE O-Level or equivalent work experience.
- Able to read, understand, and communicate in basic English to follow work instructions, safety procedures and operational documentation.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
- Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
- Able to perform duties (e.g., carrying materials up to approximately 15kg) in accordance with workplace safety requirements.
- Basic computer literacy is advantageous.
