Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze logistics data, prepare operational reports, and track KPIs like turnaround time and delivery performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in supply chain workflows and develop solutions to reduce costs and boost productivity.
- Operations Support: Monitor daily inventory, warehousing, and transportation activities. Act as a liaison between vendors, internal teams, and logistics partners.
- Systems Management: Maintain data accuracy in ERP/WMS systems and assist with digital transformation or system implementation projects.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure shipments adhere to regulatory, import/export, and safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a quantitative field like Data Science or Statistics.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), with SQL, Python, or data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI) highly preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems (like SAP) is a major asset.
- Analytical Ability: Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Soft Skills: Excellent cross-functional coordination, as the role requires aligning multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Requirements and skills
