Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Executive.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling full sets of accounts and supporting various financial functions across multiple clients.

Job Description

• Handles full sets of accounts for multiple clients independently
• Responsible for month-end closing, maintain balance sheet schedules, reconciliations and quarterly GST submission
• Record accounting transactions and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance (those with audit background are preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks Online are preferred
