Job requirement:

• Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and preparing purchase orders.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information within the ERP system.

• Collaborate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

• Support the negotiation of favorable terms and conditions with suppliers.

• Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

• Communicate effectively in China suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Job responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality of goods and services.

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to manage stock and prevent shortages or overstocking.

• Track order status, communicate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

• Maintain accurate purchasing records, including vendor information, pricing, and delivery history, for reporting and analysis.

• Support senior purchasing staff in negotiations with suppliers and in the development of procurement strategies.

• Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
