Responsibilities:
Reviewing customer instructions against relevant specifications and standards.

Support customers by providing basic information on applicable codes, specifications, and testing requirements.

Ensure customer instructions are properly recorded and communicated to the relevant departments.

Verify that customer requests are in line with the approved quotation and work scope.

Prepare and maintain accurate Digital Work Orders and related documentation.

Coordinate and follow up on testing schedules with the Workshop and Testing Departments.

Update records and documents promptly whenever changes occur (e.g., Google Sheets, AutoCount).

Maintaining the laboratory quality system in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements.

Any other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with experience in any one of the following will have an added advantage:

• QA/QC, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Metal Fabrication.

• Boiler, Automotive, or Sheet Metal industry.

• Welding inspection (CWI/CSWIP 3.1 certification is an advantage but not mandatory).

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and willing to learn internal systems.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
