What you'll do

• Lead daily NOC operations: monitoring, incident handling, ticketing, and escalation.

• Supervise and mentor NOC analysts/engineers, driving accountability and performance.

• Ensure SLAs are met across uptime, response, and resolution metrics.

• Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents.

• Develop and enforce SOPs, checklists, and operational standards.

• Collaborate with the Service Delivery team to provide incident reports and root cause analysis.

• Drive process improvement, automation, and monitoring tool optimization.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Project Delivery, EMC) to ensure operational alignment.

• Support client audits and compliance requirements (ITIL, ISO, PCI- DSS, IEC62443).

• Prepare for transition into the NOC Manager role, building succession and scalability plans.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of experience in Network Operations, IT Operations, or related fields.

• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (Zabbix, SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.).

• Strong understanding of ITSM framework and network infrastructure.

• Proven experience in incident management and escalation handling.

• People leadership or team supervision experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
