Handle the day to day activities of HR Department including recruitment, performance management, and payroll.

• To assist in preparing the monthly payroll and ensure timely payroll completion. ( so far around 15 pax+ members)

• Plan and implement the overall recruitment process.

• Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented and executed in the Company.

• Prepare payslip and employment letter for sales executive bank loan purpose.

• Liaise with Account Department for ad hoc payments and staff claims.

• Produces all company employee monthly payroll, submission and made payment to EPF, Socso, EIS & PCB.

• Maintaining internal records, which may including preparing issuing and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, maternity leave, bonus, etc.).

• Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.

• Maintaining employee records via excel & system.

• Purchase and arrangement for new sales executive joining & starter kit

Salary Range:

• From Basic RM 4,000 – 5,000 (yearly increment of 5%)

Bonus:

• 13 month salary

• Performance Bonus ( Based on KPI & Company performances)

Working Hour:

• 5 DAY SHIFT 9AM - 6PM ( LUNCH TIME 12:30 - 1:30PM )

• Eligible for all PUBLIC HOLIDAY (JB), except irregulars ones that are announced

suddenly ( example: winning of johor football match & etc)
