Responsibilities
Culmen International is seeking a Regional Program Manager (RPM) shall assist the Program Manager (PM) and provide direct supervision to Regional Project Associates. The RPM is responsible for interfacing with NAMRU INDO PACIFIC partners to ensure steady programmatic progress. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational, management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to travel within Malaysia and regionally to support and monitor all programs while serving as a primary liaison to the customer.
The Naval Medical Research Unit - INDO PACIFIC (NAMRU INDO PACIFIC), based in Singapore, is at the forefront of the U.S. Department of Defense disease surveillance efforts in the Indo-Pacific Command Area of Responsibility (AOR). Within the context of its ongoing disease surveillance activities, NAMRU INDO PACIFIC is uniquely positioned to evaluate novel diagnostic products and therapeutic interventions, test disease control strategies, and develop local expertise through training to detect and respond to emergent disease threats.
Culmen International, LLC (Culmen) serves as NAMRU INDO PACIFIC's prime contractor for the Indo Pacific Biosurveillance and Epidemiology Research (IPBER) program, providing comprehensive program management, coordination, and operational support across the Indo-Pacific region and its AOR.
