We are looking for enthusiastic graduates and junior professionals who are eager to learn and grow. Join our Strategic Business Transformation team to gain hands-on experience, work on exciting Digital programs across SEA for BFSI domain and develop valuable skills in business analysis, problem-solving, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

What you will do !

• Gather requirements, shape business requirements and obtain alignment across business stakeholders, and sometimes needing to challenge poor requirements.
• Improvement mindset to proactively identify and define issues or problems that are less obvious; anticipates actively and constructively in brainstorming meetings where problems are discussed and/or resolved.
• Articulates or translates complex information in clear, meaningful and structured way to suit audience.
• Provide inputs for creation of business case – considering business benefits and outcomes.
• Supports change implementation activities, including business readiness assessment (i.e. avoiding multiple change clashes), implementation pilot (including approach and checklists) and actual implementation (including reporting status and issues).
• Supports the programme management with impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time, budget or effort on programme plan and provides accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope.

To apply, you must be able to:

• Bachelor degree preferably from Banking, Business Management or finance /any relevant academic background
• Fluent (reading, writing, speaking) in Mandarin or Cantonese because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-Cantonese speaking clients.- MUST
• Effective communication, presentation, influencing and negotiating skills.
• Excellent decision making, problem-solving ability and critical thinking skills.
• Independent in your work, proactively creating value-adds to the program.
• Sound judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and business sponsor
