Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate and manage end to end website and mobile app implementation projects.

Gather, drive and document user requirements to the projects.

Plan and conduct testing to ensure delivery quality and compliance to the requirement.

Manage and collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth daily implementation conversation.

Communicate closely with clients to present ideas, provide delivery, collect feedbacks and resolve project issues.

Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Marketing Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, Computer Science or related field

Preferably with 1 year relevant experience in digital marketing and account servicing

Decent technical or digital sense and understanding

Working experience in agency or vendor side is a plus

Good presentation and communication skills (both spoken and written English & Cantonese)

Responsible, detailed-minded, and good problem-solving skills
