Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and versatile Analyst to join Altus Capital. This role blends our core capital markets advisory work with significant exposure to our growing private investment platform. You will be an integral part of a close-knit team, contributing to both transaction execution and the scaling of our direct investment and capital-raising activities.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, adaptable, and eager to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of projects involving corporate clients, investors, and industry professionals.

Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Markets & Advisory

• Support execution of equity capital markets transactions, including IPO sponsorship, M&A, and financial advisory projects involving the Takeovers Code and Listing Rules;

• Conduct due diligence, prepare prospectuses and offer documents, and assist in financial modelling and valuation work;

• Coordinate with clients, legal counsel, accountants, and other professional parties throughout the transaction lifecycle;

• Contribute to strategic consulting assignments including asset recovery, commercial dispute resolution, and litigation support.

Private Investment Platform

• Focus on scaling Altus’ private investment platform by supporting capital raising and investor engagement efforts;

• Assist in preparing investment teasers, pitch materials, and investor presentations for real estate and alternative investment opportunities;

• Attend conferences and private events to build investor networks and stay informed of market trends;

• Support fundraising processes, including managing due diligence requests and tracking investor communications; and

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution of private investment initiatives.
