Project Engineer (Civil – Construction)
Civil / Infrastructure (LTA Projects)
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Coordination
- Lead and coordinate site works for LTA civil infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, Lift Shaft, viaducts, drainage, cycling pathway).
- Manage construction activities to meet deadlines, quality, and safety standards.
Authority Liaison & Submission
- Handle technical submissions and ensure timely approvals from LTA, PUB, NParks, URA, BCA, etc.
- Monitor and manage all permits, clearances, and compliance documentation.
Technical Review & Supervision
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Supervise site engineers, subcontractors, and ensure adherence to design intent.
Stakeholder Communication
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct coordination meetings and resolve site issues proactively.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare progress reports, inspection checklists, site memos, and maintain records.
- Assist in QA/QC, safety audits, and project tracking.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a PE Board-recognized university (Singapore PE Board).
- PE Certification is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in LTA civil works projects.
- Strong track record in submission processes, authority clearance, and multi-party coordination.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of LTA project procedures and documentation.
- Good understanding of local regulations and engineering standards.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Others:
- Singaporean and Local is preferred due to project requirements.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,200.00 per month
