Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Security Operations activities.
• Manage Incident Response and Crisis Management processes.
• Ensure compliance with security regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Drive strategic planning, operational growth, and business objectives.
• Oversee Security Operations Centre (SOC) functions and performance.
• Lead employee training, development, and awareness programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct investigations, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid Grade CSO Licence (Mandatory).
• WSQ Diploma in Security or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Security Operations.
• Minimum 5 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Proven experience in the Singapore Security Industry (Mandatory).
• Strong background in Investigations, Audits, Compliance, and Risk Management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours when required.
