You know that feeling when you see an app go from "meh, never heard of it" to "wait, EVERYONE'S using this now"? That's the magic we want you to help create. We're looking for someone who's a little obsessed with numbers, trends, and figuring out why people click one thing and ignore another.

If you love data, get excited about A/B tests, and can't stop thinking "but what if we tried it THIS way instead" — you're exactly who we need.

What you’ll be doing

• Tracking user acquisition, retention, and engagement metrics (basically stalking the numbers, professionally).
• Running experiments and A/B tests to figure out what actually works.
• Brainstorming and executing growth campaigns across channels (social, email, referrals, you name it).
• Digging into user behaviour data to spot patterns and opportunities.
• Working closely with marketing, product, and design teams to bring growth ideas to life.
• Reporting on what worked, what flopped, and what we should try next.
• Staying on top of growth hacks, trends, and what competitors are doing.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma and Degree in any field (Business, Admin, Communications, IT, Marketing - All welcome!).
• No specific field required — attitude > certificate, but a degree/diploma helps.
• Bonus points if you've done any digital marketing, growth, or data internship.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Google Workspace) is a must.
• Someone curious and analytical — you like asking "why" and digging for answers.
• Comfortable with data and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets — full training given if you're new).
• Creative thinking — you come up with ideas, not just execute someone else's.
• Good communication skills to work cross-functionally with different teams.
• A hustle mentality — growth work moves fast and you gotta keep up.
• Basically: someone sharp, curious, and low-key competitive about hitting targets.
• Fresh grads, Entry level, Mid-career switch? Come on in, we don’t need you to be a genius on paper- just eager to learn.

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,400.00 per month
