Job Responsibilities:

• Perform proper filing and organisation of financial documents submitted by retail outlets to the office.
• Ensure documents are accurately sorted, labelled, and stored for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
• Assist in data entry of financial information into Excel and/or the accounting system.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of records in a timely manner.
• Support the Finance team with basic administrative duties when required.

Requirements:

• O level and above
• Working hours (9am-6pm)
• Able to commit up to 2 months
• No experience is welcome to apply
