Responsibilities
Role Overview
The Program & Events Executive supportsthe planning and execution of daily programs, seasonal events, and specialexperiences across all parks. This role is hands-on and operational, ensuringthat all activities are well-prepared, smoothly executed, and engaging forguests, while supporting the team in driving attendance, repeat visits, andoverall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities1. Evergreen Programs (Daily & Monthly Activities)
- Assist in executing daily classes andmonthly competitions
- Prepare and organise materials, props, and activity kits
- Support content setup and on-ground facilitation
- Brief part-time staff on activity flow and instructions
- Track attendance and collect basic feedback from guests
2. Festival & Holiday Events
- Assist in event setup, decoration, andteardown
- Support activity station operations and crowd flow
- Ensure all event materials and logistics are ready on time
- Help manage guest experience on-ground (queues, participation)
- Work closely with operations team during event days
3. Special Events (e.g. Spark Nights / Themed Events)
- Support preparation and execution ofspecial programs and performances
- Assist with event scheduling and coordination
- Ensure smooth guest flow and engagement during sessions
- Help track participation and feedback
4. Learning Journey Programs (Schools)
- Assist in preparing learning materialsand activity setups
- Support facilitation of student groups
- Help manage rotation timing and group flow
- Ensure materials are fully prepared before sessions
5. Corporate Programs
- Assist in setup and execution ofcorporate events
- Prepare activity materials and logistics
- Support facilitators in managing large groups
- Ensure smooth program flow and coordination
6. Partnerships & Sponsorship Support
- Support setup of sponsored booths andactivations
- Ensure proper branding placement in park
- Assist in coordinating with vendors/partners on-site
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in events,customer experience, childcare, or hospitality
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome
- Comfortable with hands-on, on-ground work (weekends/public holidays required)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
