Superminted is looking for a Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of our agency’s projects from ideation to completion. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless coordination between teams, vendors, and clients.

A key part of this role is being able to follow up independently, anticipate challenges, and make decisions that contribute to the overall success of projects. We’re looking for a team player with at least 3 years of relevant experience in project management within an agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and timelines, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Manage resource allocation to optimize productivity across teams.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and proactively address potential roadblocks.
• Ensure clear communication between teams, vendors, and clients, aligning expectations and deliverables.
• Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion) to track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.

Requirements & Skills
Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management within a creative, digital, or marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of agency processes across branding, design, social media, websites, campaigns, and video production.
• Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp, Notion, or equivalent.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem solver with a forward-thinking mindset.
• Ability to explain processes for branding and marketing services clearly to stakeholders.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively, working both independently and collaboratively.
