JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment needs.
- Maintain recruitment records and update candidate database.
- Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
2. Payroll & Attendance Administration
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, including salary calculation, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Verify employee attendance, leave records, overtime claims, and payroll-related information.
- Ensure payroll records are accurate and maintained confidentially.
- Liaise with relevant parties on payroll and statutory matters (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
3. Employee Administration & HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, HR systems, and documentation.
- Prepare HR-related letters, memos, announcements, and employment documents.
- Manage employee movements including confirmation, promotion, transfer, resignation, and termination processes.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, leave, attendance, and employment matters.
4. Leave, Attendance & Benefits Management
- Monitor employee attendance, leave applications, and overtime records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Assist in managing employee benefits, claims, and welfare programs
5. Training & Development
- Coordinate employee training arrangements, including training schedules, attendance, and documentation.
- Maintain training records and assist with training needs analysis.
- Support HRD Corp-related training administration.
- Support employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events.
6. Compliance & HR Documentation
- Ensure HR practices comply with Employment Act 1955, labour regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper HR documentation and ensure records are updated.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters and disciplinary cases.
7. Other HR Support
- Assist HR Manager in HR projects, policy implementation, and process improvements.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
- DBachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of payroll processing, employment laws, and statutory requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Have experience in foreign worker is a bonus.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
