Salary

• Basic Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500

Working Hours

• Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
• 4 Working Days per Week
• Monday to Friday
• Friday is considered Full Day Overtime (OT)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform testing activities using company test equipment and platforms.
• Conduct testing according to work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Troubleshoot and debug units with minor test failures.
• Identify and report process, material, or equipment issues.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of test fixtures and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by practicing 5S.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Assist in failure analysis, rework, and repair of defective products.
• Support Continuous Improvement (CIP) and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to achieve production and quality targets.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

OR

• SKM Level 3 in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, testing, assembly, or equipment maintenance.

Skills & Requirements

• Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or mechatronic systems.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Able to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or electronic testing is an added advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.
