Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation & Production

• Prepare ingredients according to standard recipes and operating procedures.
• Cook and assemble menu items to the company's quality and presentation standards.
• Ensure food is served within the required service time.
• Monitor food quality and report any issues immediately.
• Practice proper portion control to minimize food wastage.

Food Safety & Hygiene

• Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and temperature control procedures.
• Wear the required uniform and personal protective equipment.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.

Kitchen Operations

• Assist in receiving and storing deliveries.
• Rotate stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Monitor ingredient levels and notify supervisors when replenishment is required.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunction immediately.
• Support inventory counts and stock control activities.

Teamwork

• Work closely with other kitchen and service crew members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Communicate effectively during peak service periods.
• Assist fellow team members whenever required.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Customer Focus

• Ensure every dish meets the company's quality standards before serving.
• Support the restaurant in delivering an excellent dining experience.
• Respond positively to operational changes and customer requirements.

General Duties

• Follow all company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance.
• Perform opening and closing kitchen duties.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Kitchen Leader.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
