About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our engineering team in developing and maintaining enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions.

You'll be involved in designing high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular and PostgreSQL, while also having opportunities to work with modern technologies such as AI, Machine Learning and Big Data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise software applications using Java and Spring Framework
• Develop new features and enhance existing cybersecurity products
• Build and maintain web applications using Angular, HTML5 and CSS3
• Improve application performance through profiling, optimization and tuning
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes
• Collaborate with Product, QA and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies including AI, Machine Learning and Big Data
• Participate in code reviews and promote software engineering best practices

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Java software development
• Strong experience with:
• Java
• Spring Framework / Spring Boot
• Angular
• HTML5 & CSS3
• PostgreSQL or other relational databases
• Good understanding of:
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Design Patterns
• REST API development
• Experience with:
• Git
• Maven
• Linux and Windows environments
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team

Experience with any of the following will be an added advantage:
