Mandarin User Support Specialist
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Remote (Work From Home)

We are looking for a dedicated Mandarin User Support Specialist to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will provide professional customer support through online communication channels, assist users with account-related inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Mandarin through live chat, email, and other online communication channels.
• Assist customers with account-related issues, platform navigation, and general service inquiries.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Meet individual and team performance targets while delivering quality customer support.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, reading, and writing).
• Basic English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or online customer support is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Own a personal computer/laptop with a stable internet connection.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
