Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible finance task to support the financial and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible to key in receipt entry, printing and filling
- Responsible to do Bank Recon
- prepare monthly Profit & Loss (closing account) & yearly.
- Responsible to prepare Business volume report monthly, yearly
- shall prepare and update loan leadger and investment leadger
- checking HRDF report (training & other training fund to be refund )
- verify guard salary and staff salary paysheet report Payroll
- EP system verify payment amount
- SST :prepare summary of payout & prepare file for kastam audit
- liaise with tax agent
- follow up annual return, and other sectarial matters
- salary calculation and approval
- follow up accounts pending task
- process for refund
- updating clients payment
- audit: KASTAM, LHDN, FINANCIAL AUDIT

Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or administration.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience in handling Full Set Accounts will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with payroll processing, statutory compliance, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
