Objectives
(i) To oversee employee disciplinary matters and ensure compliance with company policies.
(ii) Managing end-to-end foreign worker recruitment and administration in accordance with Malaysian statutory regulations and RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards.
(iii) To ensure smooth coordination of visitor arrangements, meeting facilities, and pantry services while maintaining cleanliness and a professional workplace environment.
Principal duties
Disciplinary Officer
- Main disciplinary officer in-charge always enforces rules, address misconduct and handling in all process for employee disciplinary cases.
- Ensuring adherence to company disciplinary policies to managing employee’s misconduct include investigation, disciplinary action enforces through preparing warning letter, documented and maintain records related to disciplinary cases.
Foreign Worker Recruitment and Management
- Responsible for foreign worker administration such as permit renewal, FOMEMA, passport renewal, and others
- Responsible for foreign worker hiring administrative to meet the RBA code of conduct.
- Responsible for new hires onboarding processes including ID badge preparation, opening bank account, conducting orientation sessions for foreign worker.
Secondary duties
Customer services
- Responsible to update guest/customer visit calendar
- Preparation of meeting room and it before/after use cleanliness
- Preparation refreshment for visitor
- Responsible on manage pantry overall cleanliness include daily check the coffee machine hygiene and update check list
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
