Full Time Admin Clerk Jobs, salary up to MYR 1,800 in JT MACHINERY SDN BHD Kota Kinabalu - Ricebowl

• Prepare, update, and maintain Service Report records from Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, and Tawau branches in the Service Report Excel database.
• Monitor key performance and prepare regular reports on branch performance, inventory, and budgets for upper management.
• Perform accurate data entry for Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), Commissioning, and Service records in the CRM system.
• Bind machine assets in the EVI system and ensure records are updated accordingly.
• Follow up with mechanics to ensure Service Reports are submitted on time and all required information is complete.

Location: No 2, Lot 22, Bigwheel Industrial Park, Mile 7 1/************* Inanam, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative: 1 year (Preferred)
