Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated intern to support the modernisation of our End User Computing (EUC) environment through AI and automation initiatives.
The intern will work closely with the IT team to analyse workplace support processes, identify automation opportunities, and prototype solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. This role provides hands-on exposure to digital workplace technologies, endpoint management, workflow automation, and practical AI applications within enterprise IT operations.

EUC Environment Review & Process Analysis
Bachelors in Information Technology or Computer Science

The intern will work closely with the IT team to analyse workplace support processes, identify automation opportunities, and prototype solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. This role provides hands-on exposure to digital workplace technologies, endpoint management, workflow automation, and practical AI applications within enterprise IT operations.

EUC Environment Review & Process Analysis
- Analyze the current EUC environment and identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization.
- Document existing EUC procedures, SOPs, and support processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, manual activities, and recurring issues.
- Assist in collecting feedback and basic support metrics.
- Research and evaluate AI-driven solutions such as virtual assistants, self-service tools, and workflow automation.
- Support prototyping and testing of AI-powered tools and chatbots.
- Identify opportunities to automate onboarding, offboarding, and device configuration.
- Document AI use cases and expected efficiency gains.
- Review and improve EUC procedures for clarity and standardization.
- Create process flows, user guides, and reference documents.
- Align procedures with AI and automation best practices.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Digital Technologies, AI, or related fields.
- Candidates with strong interest in automation and AI are welcome.
- Relevant coursework or projects in EUC or automation is an advantage.
- Understanding of EUC concepts (Windows/macOS environments, Microsoft 365).
- Keen interest in AI tools, automation, or low-code platforms.
- Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell, or Python is an advantage.
