• Translate functional specs into technical design documents with emphasis on shared platform architecture and third-party integration 

• Review platform data architecture and solutions design ensuring unified data and functional interactions across all modules and transaction types 

• Conduct technical design reviews and cross-module architecture and integration reviews 

• Review vendor technical deliverables including data flow and mapping specifications 

• Support integration testing and validation 

• Advise PM and stakeholders on technical risks, change request feasibility, and technology decisions 

• Collaborate with AI experts in design and implementation AI initiatives aligned with business and system goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in system analysis, solution architecture, technical leadership, or related roles

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, microservices, and modular system architecture

• Experience designing scalable solutions, shared services, and system integrations across multiple business domains

• Hands-on experience in data migration, system transformation, and legacy-to-modern platform initiatives

• Good understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong technical documentation skills, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, UML, and integration specifications 

• Experience managing or overseeing vendor-delivered solutions and ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards 

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills 

• Experience with large-scale consumer platforms, marketplaces, or shared-services architectures is highly preferred 

• Familiarity with event-driven architecture, real-time data processing, and distributed systems is an advantage 

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as eCommerce, Payments, OMS, ERP, CRM, CDP, or Loyalty systems

• Knowledge of mobile application release management, including App Store Connect and Google Play Console processes

• Familiarity with mobile app deployment, distribution, and release automation tools

• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation projects involving multiple systems, integrations, and phased implementations
