Job Responsibilities:

• To handle enquiries and complaints from members of loyalty program at members' lounge and VIC counters in polite and helpful manner

• To handle membership acquisition and redemption of membership benefits and gifts

• To maintain excellent relationship with members by providing quality service

• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Diploma Degree or above in Property Management/ Hospitality/ Business related disciplines is highly preferable

• 2 – 3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality or sales industry is an advantage

• Pleasant, proactive, customer-oriented with good manners and can work under pressure

• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Putonghua

• Shift duties is required
  

Successful candidates will be provided with a tailor-made induction course to get familiar with our shopping mall and to acquire necessary customer service skills.
