Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer conversion and retention strategies across the full customer journey, from registration and KYC to first deposit and active trading.
• Manage CRM campaigns through EDM, push notifications, WhatsApp, LINE, Telegram, and other customer engagement channels.
• Plan and optimize loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, customer reactivation, and retention initiatives to increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to improve segmentation, marketing automation, and conversion.
• Lead the team and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Service to drive customer growth.

Requirement

• s3+ years of experience in CRM, Customer Lifecycle, Retention, Growth Marketing, or Customer Operations
• .1+ year of team management experience
• .Hands-on experience with CRM systems, marketing automation, and data analysis
• .Strong project management and campaign planning skills
• .Experience in Forex, FinTech, or Financial Services is preferred
