Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Generalist to work on a contract basis to support daily operations and administrative functions. The role requires adaptability to handle varied tasks across departments while ensuring smooth workflow execution. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative support including email management, scheduling, and document preparation.

• Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.

• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and reconciling accounts.
