Job Overview
The Operations Executive supports the day-to-day operational activities of the Company, ensuring efficiency, compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuous improvement of processes. This role involves coordination across teams and active participation in operational and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse operational processes to identify gaps and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivityOversee daily operations to ensure smooth and effective execution of work processesLead and support workplace safety initiatives, ensuring adherence to safety policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with Company policies, NEA regulations, and workplace safety standardsCoordinate and work closely with internal teams to ensure effective collaboration and service deliverySupport team supervision, including guiding staff to meet performance and operational goalsMonitor operational performance and recommend improvements where necessaryPerform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindsetGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamBasic knowledge of safety regulations or operational processes will be an advantageFresh graduates are welcome to apply
