• Define and maintain the overall solution architecture blueprint for the enterprise, ensuring alignment with IT strategy and business objectives

• Lead the end-to-end design of scalable, high-availability solutions across CRM, enterprise business workflow systems (BPM/ERP), customer engagement platforms and data warehousing integration

• Bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our solutions are resilient, scalable, and secure to serve millions of customers across Hong Kong

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and vendors, ensuring solutions are cost-effective, future-proof, and compliant with local regulatory standards

• Design and oversee the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and data lake strategies, ensuring high-performance analytics and reporting capabilities

• Lead complex data and system integration initiatives, connecting internal systems with external partners

• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical risk assessments to ensure solutions adhere to non-functional requirements (performance, security, disaster recovery)

• Review and formulate architectural design to enable AI and advanced technologies initiatives to be implemented and support business strategies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a Solutions Architect role, preferably within large-scale enterprise environments (utilities, telecom, banking, or public sector)

• Proven track record of delivering mission-critical, high-transaction-volume systems in Hong Kong or similarly regulated markets

• CRM & Workflow: Deep hands-on experience with enterprise CRM platforms and business process management (BPM) tools

• Customer Solutions: Experience architecting loyalty engines, e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud), and hybrid/mobile app backends

• Data & Integration: Strong expertise in data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, Teradata, Azure Synapse), data modeling, and integration patterns (ESB, API Gateway, Microservices). Proficiency in integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica) is highly preferred

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Certified expertise in major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with experience in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)

• Database: Proficiency in both relational (Oracle, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)
