Responsibilities:

• To independently plan & lead event in HK from budgeting, program planning to event operations

• To co-work with team members to manage large-scaled exhibition, event and conferences

• Presentable and posses good communication skills

• Must be detail-minded, efficient and able to work under pressure

• Good team player who is ease in a multi-cultural environment

• To provide integrated marketing communications consultant to client and get involved in new project development

• Occasional travel may be required

Requirements:

• University graduates with min 2 years working experience in exhibition or event management industry

• Responsible, Independent, creative, well-organized and attentive to details

• Proficient in account servicing with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work under pressure & to meet tight deadlines

• Self motivated, creative, energetic and aggressive

• Good spoken & written English, Cantonese & Putonghua

• Immediate available is highly preferred
