Senior Software Developer (Python) | Real-Time Data & Distributed Systems | Up to SGD $280k First-Year Compensation | Elite FinTech | Singapore

I'm working with an elite FinTech firm that's looking to hire experienced Python Developers who enjoy building complex, high-performance systems and solving challenging engineering problems.

Role: Senior Software Developer (Python)

Industry: Elite FinTech

Compensation: Up to SGD $280k total first-year package

Location: Singapore (Hybrid)

What you'll be working on:

• Building and optimising advanced infrastructure capable of processing billions of data points every second.
• Developing high-performance systems in Python while gaining exposure to latency-sensitive, real-time environments.
• Contributing to the design and development of a proprietary high-performance database built from the ground up.
• Working on research-driven engineering projects involving functional programming concepts and technologies such as Rust, Erlang, and internally developed languages inspired by OCaml.
• Improving infrastructure that supports machine learning workflows and enables research models to move into production.

What we're looking for:

• Strong commercial experience developing software using modern Python.
• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or another closely related technical discipline.
• Experience working in environments where performance, scalability, efficiency, and reliability are critical.
