Trading Technology Business Analyst (Cross-Asset) | 2–10 Years' Experience | Up to SGD $250k + Industry-Leading Bonus | Global HFT | Singapore

I'm working with a globally recognised high-frequency trading firm that's looking to hire a Trading Technology Business Analyst to join its Front Office Technology team in Singapore.

This is an opportunity to work on high-impact trading technology initiatives alongside traders, portfolio managers, and technology leaders, helping to deliver solutions that directly support the firm's investment strategies.

Role: Trading Technology Business Analyst (Cross-Asset)

Industry: High-Frequency Trading

Compensation: Up to SGD $250k + industry-leading bonus

Location: Singapore

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with trading teams to gather, analyse, and prioritise business requirements across the full lifecycle of equities and cross-asset technology projects.
• Translating business needs into clear technical specifications for software engineering teams.
• Working closely with traders, portfolio managers, risk teams, and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and technology improvements.
• Helping deliver technology solutions that have a direct impact on trading performance and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for:

• Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading workflows.
• Previous experience working within a buy-side environment is highly desirable.
• A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and how technology projects are delivered.
• A degree in Computer Science or a technical background, ideally with prior software development experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
