We are currently looking for a Senior Network Solution Architect to join our Enterprise Networking Presales Team. The primary focus for this role is to provide pre-sales technical consultation and develop reliable solutions to answer customer requirement and win bids/tenders. The key function for this role is primarily in the pre-sales, tenders and bids stage and requires the candidate to have core knowledge in both Cisco and Aruba technology. In addition, the candidate should also possess knowledge in broader networking solutions such as Arista, F5, Infoblox and monitoring solutions. The candidate should also have knowledge in network security from various vendors such as Fortinet, Palo Alto and Checkpoint.

Candidate must have the ability to conceptualize solution to customer and actively participate in the presale’s lifecycle including but not limited to developing bill of materials and generating proposals. Qualified candidate is expected to present to clients the proposed solution and explain technical details and value proposition of the proposed solution. This role presents itself with considerable learning opportunities on the state-of-the art networking technologies.

Accountabilities:

• Provide Technical Consulting support to Sales team for networking/security solutions
• Participating in requirement gathering to propose a suitable design that meet customer requirement
• Design a technically feasible solution to meet client requirement
• Participating in customer engagements and presales activities such as solutions meeting, presentation, RFP responses, BOM creation including professional services requirement.
• Conduct proof-of-concept to showcase proposed solution technical feasibility if required
• Proactively participate in maintaining internal knowledgebase sharing technical findings within the Team
• Provide support and guidance to team members
• Support internal and external marketing events

The Individual and their Experience:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Network Presales, Solutions Architect, or Network Consulting role.
• CCNP (Enterprise/Data Center) or equivalent certification is mandatory. CCIE or equivalent certification is highly advantageous.
• Hands-on experience designing and proposing large-scale enterprise campus networks, including:
• 2-Tier and 3-Tier campus architectures
• MPLS Layer 3 VPN campus networks
• High-density wireless deployments
• Secure campus network architectures
• Strong experience designing modern data center networks, including:
• EVPN-VXLAN fabric architectures
• SDN-driven data center networking (e.g. Cisco ACI)
• Exposure to AI-ready data center networking is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge and solution design experience with:
• Cisco Catalyst switching
• Cisco Nexus (NX-OS and ACI)
• Cisco SD-WAN, Enterprise Routing, and Wireless solutions
• Aruba CX switching, Aruba Wireless, and Aruba Central

Preferred Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of F5 Application Delivery Controllers, including LTM and GTM.
• Familiarity with DDI solutions such as Infoblox.
• Knowledge of Arista networking solutions.
• Experience with network automation and programmability using tools such as Python, Ansible, or similar automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of network security technologies, including:
• Enterprise Firewalls
• Network Access Control (NAC)
• Secure Access Service Edge (SASE)
• Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
