You will work closely with product, creative, data, and engineering partners to turn new ideas into practical product capabilities, improve the team’s ability to explore and experiment, and create long-term value for business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and iterate on core platform features across the frontend and backend
• Turn business requirements into clear data models, service APIs, and technical solutions
• Build reliable backend services with strong attention to data security, stability, and scalability
• Integrate AI into concrete product workflows, ensuring outputs are understandable, verifiable, and reversible
• Work closely with product, design, and business partners to turn complex capabilities into simple, usable experiences
• Contribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and engineering practices that improve delivery quality and speed

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of full-stack or full-stack-leaning experience, with the ability to own features from design through production
• Strong computer science fundamentals, with solid skills in system design, coding, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with modern web application architecture and common engineering practices
• Experience with relational databases and file/object storage, including access control and data isolation
• Strong product sense, with the ability to balance business goals and technical trade-offs
• Interested in the practical application of AI technologies and comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery efficiency while maintaining code quality, security, and reliability.
