Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Delivery

Coordinate and assign deliveries across all brands
Ensure smooth daily fulfilment and route planning
Resolve critical delivery and operational issues
Liaise with drivers and internal teams for execution

Manpower & Scheduling

Plan and manage manpower scheduling and rostering
Coordinate staffing needs across operations
Ensure adequate manpower for daily fulfilment

Inventory

Create reports for inventory
Coordinate with suppliers on incoming stocks

Food Operations success

Monitor daily operational flow and service levels
Provide training for catering setup and packing
Troubleshoot food packing operational bottlenecks and escalations
Support SOP implementation and process improvements

Must Have

Experience working in a fast-paced SME environment
Comfortable working hands-on and resolving operational issues quickly
Experience in food, catering, central kitchen, logistics, or delivery operations
Experience managing drivers, fulfilment, or production teams
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, or operational SOPs
