Molex is seeking an experienced semiconductor IC testing PTE. The candidate must quickly adapt to multinational corporations working style and a dynamic and changeable environment. In addition, this candidate must be able to work independently. Interface between external testing houses and internal package development and NPI teams to support technical review and production ramp up.

Our Team

The backend operation team in Taiwan focuses on external suppliers and subcontractors' production and sourcing tasks management. It must work closely with other operation teams at multiple-locations, such as: Zhu-Hai, China and Freemont, USA and must working closely with the internal departments as well, such as: RD, PM, NPI, assembly, buyer...

What You Will Do (Job Description)

• Drives subcon's performance KPI (Yield, Line disturbances, OEE, Stability etc...).
• Major role in New Product Ramp-up team and manages Safe launches introduction.
• Supports Technical Capability Assessments at subcons
• Keep track and monitor subcon's performance of major processes and equipment indices.
• Manage/Coordinate Change Management at subcon, cost reduction projects, changes in material and process at subcon.
• Provide technical support to Planning, QM and other support teams on operational issues.
• Own field quality metrics and resolve abnormal production issues
• Drive OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) improvement and cost reduction.
• Discussed the feasibility of implementing Molex's relevant production requirements with the OSAT engineering team and continued to optimize the production process.
• Be a coordinator between OSAT and NPI team to discuss the relevant production-flow-related matters. The formulation, maintenance and modification of production-related guidelines
• Manage subcontractors on technique, cost, production capacity and schedule control. Also collaborate closely with subcontractor engineers on issue resolutions to ensure the smooth high volume and qualified production.
• Responsible for meeting cost, productivity, quality goals and tactical plans to support product roadmap.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience in semiconductor IC testing houses PTE is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree above and double E is preferred
• Solid HVM/MP experience and ability to multi-task
• Communicate effectively with the various internal/external levels.

• Sometimes you must be under pressure to meet urgent shipment demands or complete important tasks.
• Willing to travel abroad frequently for business.
