Position: Network Services

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Services professional to oversee the delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise voice and network services. The role focuses on ensuring high availability, operational excellence, and secure, scalable network infrastructure while working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

Network Operations & Service Management

• Manage and govern enterprise network and voice services to ensure high availability and service reliability.
• Participate in network incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Review and evaluate network solutions, project deliverables, and service requests to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Support service continuity, disaster recovery planning, and testing activities.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, utilization, and service quality against established KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage and oversee external vendors and service providers to ensure contractual obligations and performance standards are met.

Voice Infrastructure

• Support and administer enterprise voice platforms, including PBX, VoIP, SIP, UCaaS, and cloud-based voice solutions.
• Lead or support deployment, implementation, and troubleshooting of voice services.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, governance standards, and security best practices for voice platforms.
• Collaborate with Network, Security, and Cloud teams to deliver secure, stable, and scalable voice services.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies, automation, and AI-driven capabilities to improve service delivery.

Business Analysis & Project Delivery

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and production changes.
• Conduct impact analysis across systems and business processes.
• Prepare User Requirement Documents (URDs) and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Participate in solution design reviews and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives.
• Lead or support IT sourcing activities, including RFPs, vendor evaluations, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract execution.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and partners.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations on network and voice solutions.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and service performance clearly to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

RequirementsExperience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Network Services or Network Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise network design, implementation, and system integration.
• Experience managing outsourced vendors and service providers.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking technologies, and service management best practices.
• Experience in multinational or regional environments is an advantage.

Pay: From RM6,500.00 per month
