Mandarin Platform Operations Support

Location: Melaka, Malaysia (Office-Based)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Mandarin via chat, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist users with account inquiries and general platform-related questions.
• Monitor daily operational activities and ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written); basic English communication is required.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willing to work on-site in Melaka, Malaysia.
• Willing to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required..

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
