Position : CDD Process & Assurance Analyst

Location: The Horizon Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur

Employment Type: 12 month contract with PERSOL

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (60/40)

Salary range : RM7,000 - RM11,500 (based on experience & qualification)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical CDD Process & Assurance Analyst to support critical counterparty review, data quality, compliance, and assurance activities across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support counterparty database review and data quality improvement initiatives
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and remediation activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of records
• Support Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Pre-Qualification processes in line with policies and procedures
• Identify and address data gaps, inconsistencies, and compliance-related issues
• Support audit action closures and control activities for CDD tools and processes
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth while maintaining strong risk management standards

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CDD, KYC, AML, Compliance, Pre-Qualification, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Professional certifications such as ACAMS or ICA will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros, Data Analysis)
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and dynamic mindset
• Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance
