Background in IT related fields

Provide technical support, installation, configuration and commissioning of GPS tracking system and devices.

Troubleshoot GPS hardware, connectivity and data issues.

Monitor and resolve support tickets.

Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring the integrity, availability and performance of GPS and IoT data systems.

Able to work on site and on-call.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)
