Product Assistant

1. Responsibilities:

Product Requirement Support & Market Research

• Assist in gathering and organizing product requirements and support Product Managers in requirement analysis.
• Research industry trends, competitor features, and market developments to provide insights for product improvements.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to identify customer needs and pain points.

Product Development & Project Execution

• Assist in preparing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), workflow diagrams, and feature specifications.
• Track product development progress and coordinate with engineering, design, and QA teams.
• Support product release planning and launch activities to ensure timely project delivery.

Data Analysis & Product Optimization

• Compile and organize product performance reports and operational data.
• Analyze user behavior, product usage, and key performance metrics.
• Identify product issues and assist in proposing optimization solutions.

Cross-Department Collaboration

• Support communication and coordination between Product Managers and Engineering, Design, Operations, and Marketing teams.
• Participate in product testing, acceptance, and feature improvements.
• Assist in driving product initiatives to successful implementation while continuously improving user experience.

2. Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above (any discipline). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No prior product experience is required; candidates with an interest in Product Management or the Internet industry are preferred.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Notion AI) will be an added advantage.
