-Minimum 1-3 year's working experience in the logistics and transportation industry.

- responsible for coordinating customer requirements and ensuring vendor quality compliance to support smooth operational performance and customer satisfaction.

-to acts as a liaison between customers, suppliers, quality teams, and internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution, quality compliance, and effective communication.

-coordinate daily VQA inspection schedule to ensure timely processing of inbound materials and customer orders.

-receive, review and process customer requests related to VQA services, including inspection, sorting, relabeling, sampling, and quality verification.

-manage customer complaints related to quality issues and ensure timely investigation and closure

-Diploma in supply chain, logistics or related field

-Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.

-Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
