Hiring: Kotlin / Flutter Application Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Kotlin / Flutter Application Developer to join a dynamic software engineering team supporting enterprise applications in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Kotlin and Flutter, with hands-on knowledge of Spring Boot, to develop scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Kotlin and Flutter.
• Build and enhance application features based on business and technical requirements.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Spring Boot.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring optimal performance.
• Optimize application scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and Agile development activities.
• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in application development.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin Programming Language.
• Experience developing mobile applications using Flutter SDK.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot for backend development.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and application integration.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Good to Have

• Experience with Android application development.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
