Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the company website.
• Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, and vouchers.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Manage platform promotions, advertisements, and campaign setups.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor stock availability and campaign readiness.
• Prepare airway bills and coordinate shipment arrangements.
• Conduct competitor research and recommend improvement strategies.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other online marketplaces.
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising and campaign management is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and online platform tools.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
