Responsibilities :

• Provide end-users support for software applications and computer hardware;
• Deal with vendors on technical matters;
• Maintain system documentations;
• Maintain the inventory record on hardware and software.

Requirements :

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline;
• 1-year solid experience in IT support;
• Knowledge of PC, Mac and Networking;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and positive service attitude;
• Able to work independently and have sound problem-solving skills;
• Fresh graduate with the attitude to learn will also be considered.
