We Are Hiring: Graphic Designer / Motion Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

MD Events Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-orientated Graphic Designer to join our expanding team.

This role is ideal for someone with strong design fundamentals who enjoys developing compelling visual concepts and bringing ideas to life through graphic design and motion graphics. You will work in a fast-paced event and production environment, creating impactful visual content for corporate events, marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop high-quality designs for event backdrops, marketing materials, proposals, corporate presentation decks, social media content, and branding projects

* Create motion graphics, animated presentations, title sequences, event screen visuals, and simple animations for digital content

* Translate creative briefs, ideas, and project requirements into clear and professional visual concepts for client presentations

* Design key visuals and adapt approved concepts across various formats, platforms, and event collaterals

* Collaborate closely with the marketing, production, and event teams to ensure all creative work aligns with project goals and client requirements

* Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials and communication platforms

* Prepare final artwork for printing, large-format production, fabrication, and digital distribution

* Resize, adapt, and optimize artwork for different screen resolutions, print dimensions, and social media platforms

* Prioritize and manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines

* Assist with photo editing, video editing, and content enhancement when required

* Stay informed about current design trends, motion graphics techniques, creative tools, and industry best practices

Job Requirements

* Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects

* Experience in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro is an added advantage

* Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, event visuals, presentation design, and motion graphics work

* Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition, layout, and visual storytelling

* Ability to develop creative concepts and present design ideas clearly

* Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and meet tight deadlines

* Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities

* Knowledge of event production, exhibitions, large-format printing, or digital screen content is an added advantage

* Fresh graduates with a strong and relevant portfolio are encouraged to apply
